Pond Creek Cemetery


The funeral for Elnora Faye Kirkpatrick Beaver, 86, of Kremlin, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Kremlin United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jim Harvey will officiate. Burial will be in Pond Creek Cemetery. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory. Family visitation will be 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

She was born Dec. 13, 1920, in Wakita to John Finney and Agnes Mae Kirkpatrick and died Friday, July 20, 2007, at her home in Kremlin.

She grew up in Wakita and moved to Cedaredge, Colo., where she graduated from high school.

She married Roy Beaver in 1941. He died in February 2006, after 65 years of marriage. She was a homemaker and managed several restaurants. She was active in the Kremlin United Methodist Church, serving on various committees since 1962.

Surviving are one daughter, Kay Putney of Cedar Hill, Texas; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Roy, she was preceded in death by one son, one stepdaughter and 11 brothers and sisters.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Kremlin United Methodist Church.
