The Memorial Service for Harvey Shannon Crabtree is 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, 2017, at the First Baptist Church in Nash, with Pastor Samuel Farris and Pastor Bob Smith Officiating. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek.
Harvey Shannon Crabtree was born April 2, 1934, in Carrier, to Paul Henry and Lucille Childers Crabtree. He died Jan. 16, 2017, in Enid. Harvey and Dora Lee Foster were married Feb. 10, 1962, in Nash. Harvey was a member of the Nash First Baptist Church, Nash Masonic Lodge, Lions Club and New Nashville Association. He retired from the Vance Air Force Base Fire Dept. after 33 1/2 years as a Fireman and Crashman.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dora Lee Crabtree; and two brothers and three sisters.
Harvey is survived by his daughter, Shannon Fulford, one brother, Jamie Crabtree and wife, Sandy; one sister, Pam Gosnell and husband, Dennis; two grandchildren, Micah Williams and Kaleb Williams; one great-granddaughter, Paison Ashton, and one great-grandson, Lane Williams, and one great-granddaughter on the way.
Memorials may be made to the Wakita Fire Dept. or Wilson Funeral Home, Box 478, Pond Creek, OK 73766, for funeral expenses.
