A Service of Remembrance and Celebration of Life for David Ervin Bozworth, 56 of Garber, will be Monday, Oct.19, 2015, 10 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Garber with the Pastor Scott Ray officiating. Interment will be in the Mount Vernon Cemetery. Service is under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

David was born Dec. 21, 1958, in Ponca City, Okla., the son of Waldo and Alpha Ball Bozworth, and passed away Oct. 15, 2015.

He was united in marriage to Felicia Stanford on May 7, 1986, in Garber, Okla.

David was employed by Rick Caruthers Construction Company as a truck driver. David was a big OU football fan. He was a loving husband, brother and uncle and will be missed by family and a host of friends.

Survivors include his wife, Felicia; sister, Cathy Wrotten and her husband John; three nieces, Jessica West, Kacey Wrotten and Skyler Wrotten; three nephews, Hayden Betchan, Parker Betchan and Carter Stanford; and a great-nephew, Rory West. He will also be missed by his nine fur babies, his best friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
