Erlene was born August 5, 1929 in Hunter, Oklahoma to Johnnie and Mary Biggs. After a two year battle against bone marrow cancer she departed this earth to go be with her Lord and Savior on July 9, 2011.

Graveside services will be held at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery at Salt Fork, Oklahoma at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 16, 2011. Pastor Janice Buffalo officiating.

Erlene grew up in the small town of Salt Fork, Oklahoma. She was one of eight children and an identical twin. She graduated high school at Lamont, Oklahoma and moved to Pond Creek, Oklahoma after graduation to be a waitress at Cozy Diner Cafe. She met her soul mate while employed at the cafe. She married Glen Hager on November 13, 1949 at the Methodist Church in Pond Creek, Oklahoma. They later moved to Enid, Oklahoma and owned and operated Hager Plumbing Company for over 40 years. She was a member of Your Family Church formerly Olivet Baptist Church for over 30 years.

They were blessed with four children. Rick, Terry, Kenny and Kim.

Erlene leaves behind a host of friends and family. Erlene was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Glen, two sons Rick and Terry, one sister Rita Faye Biggs and her parents Johnnie and Mary Biggs.

Erlene was a very caring and outspoken woman. You never had to wonder what was on her mind because she would let you know whether you wanted to know or not. She loved having big family get togethers at her home and she loved playing pitch. She will be sorely missed by her family as she was the glue that held us all together and the boss that kept us all in line.

Memorials may be made in her name to Hospice Circle of Love with Stittsworth's coordinating.

Services are under the kind guidance of Stittsworth Funeral Service.
