The funeral service for Ralph Marvin Palmer, age 71 will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 24, 2008, at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Byron Neufeld will officiate. Burial will be in the Lamont Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Ralph was born December 2, 1936, in Sussex County, NJ to Clifford and Alma C. (Baker) Palmer and died, Tuesday, February 18, 2008, at his home.
He graduated from Otisville High School, Otisville, NY. On October 17, 1958, he married Jacqueline J. Webster in Enid, OK. He served in the United States Air Force and retired after 21 years. He worked for the City of Lamont for ten years, the City of Enid for ten years. He was a volunteer fireman for ten years for the Lamont Fire Department and worked for the Grant County Sheriff’s Department for 12 years. He was a member of the Lamont American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Jackie, of the home; his children: William (Bill) Palmer and his wife Diana, of Garber, OK, Kathleen (Kathy) Oberlender and her husband Hal, of Enid, David Palmer and his wife Gale, of Enid, and Leroy Palmer, of Enid; grandchildren; Kias, Elizabeth, Kevin, Hal, Michele, Alexandra, Samantha, Many and Mike; great-grandchildren Zachery, Tyler, Ashley, Micah and David, Jr; brothers, Douglas Palmer and his wife Sue, of Palmetto, FL, Larry Palmer and his wife Pat, of Palmetto, FL; sisters, Joan Steward and her husband John, of The Villages, FL and Linda McKenna and her husband Bob, of The Villages, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life Service for Jacqueline "Jackie" Palmer, 78, Enid, is 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016, in the Ladusau-Evans Chapel, with the Rev. Vernon Lee officiating. Burial follows in the Lamont Cemetery, under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Jackie was born Jan. 17, 1938, in Blackwell, to George "Dick" and Rosalie Schnebele Webster, and passed away Monday, Nov. 7, 2016, in The Commons.
Jackie was raised in the Deer Creek Community graduating from Deer Creek High School in 1955. She attended nursing training at Enid General Hospital graduating as a Registered Nurse. She married Ralph Palmer Oct. 17, 1958, in Enid and he passed away Feb. 18, 2008. She traveled with Ralph while he was in the military moving to Lamont in 1975. They moved to Enid in 1988. She worked in Blackwell at the hospital and later started working for Bass Hospital retiring after several years. She was a member of the Deer Creek Mennonite Church and a member of TOPS.
Jackie is survived by her children; William(Bill) Palmer and his wife, Diana, of Liberty City, Texas; Kathy Oberlender and husband, Hal; David Palmer and wife, Gale; and Leroy Palmer, all of Enid; grandchildren Kias, Elizabeth, Kevin, Hal, Michele, Alexandria and Samantha; three great-grandchildren; brother, Roger Webster and wife, Elaine, of Deer Creek; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
