Mary Lou Crider, 85, of Lamont, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center, Enid, Oklahoma, November 7, 2013. Funeral is 2 p.m. November 11, 2013, at First Christian Church, 120 N. Maple, in Lamont, Oklahoma. Reverend Jeff McReynolds will officiate. Burial is in the Lamont cemetery. Visitation is 4-5:30 p.m. Sunday, November 10, at First Christian Church, 120 N. Maple. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Wilson’s Funeral Home, 227 E. Aspen, Pond Creek. Mary Lou was born to Dick and Alta Vollmer in Enid, Oklahoma, December 3, 1927. She graduated from Lamont High School and received an associate of business degree in Wichita, Kansas. She married John A. Crider January 8, 1948; they were married 53 years.
Survivors include son Duane Crider and wife Jan of El Reno, OK; daughter Kay Fiebig and husband Doug of Topeka, KS; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-greatgrandchild.
Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Billie and Duane; her husband, John; and son Dick Crider.
Memorial donations may be made to First Christian Church in Lamont.
