From an excerpt in the Grant County Oklahoma Home and Community Education Book dated 2005:
Jeff Harlow is buried in the s/e corner of Fairview Cemetery (McKeeman.)
Don Blubaugh's recollection: Black man, lived alone, worked on guns. Lived N/E- N/E35/T27/R6) on the Fairview Cemetery section. Died before WWII probably in the late 1930's-early 40's. Was found passed away on his farm, probably 3-4 days later.
Lewis Pitcher's recollection: Was buried in the s/e corner of the cemetery without a grave marker next to the outhouse. Lewis and Victor Zeman later placed the stone on his grave.
