ENID, Okla. — Ruby Mae Hall went to heaven on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at Greenbrier Skilled Nursing Home. She was born May 3, 1938, in Manitou, Okla.

She resided in Pond Creek, Okla., and spent her last years at Greenbrier Nursing Home in Enid, Okla.

She was active at Sunshine Senior Center in Pond Creek. She enjoyed painting, playing games, spending time with her family and friends, gardening, canning, sewing, knitting and cooking. She took meals to people at the holidays.

Ruby was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She had a little bit of an ornery side.

She was raised on a farm near Manitou, Okla., where she picked cotton and helped do farm work. She will be missed dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Susan (Grooms) Bradley; brothers, Lester Bradley (wife Billie) and David Bradley (wife Patsy); sister, Alice (Bradley) Guthrie (husband Kelsey); husbands, (Doc) T.F. Hall and J.C. Jones.

She is survived by daughter, Alice (Jones) Hahner, Belle Plaine, Kan.; son, Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Don Hall (wife Lori), England; grandchildren, Kellie Hall, Oklahoma City, Stacey Harp (husband Billy), Belle Plaine, Kan., Air Force member Derek Hall (wife Kozue), Japan, Air Force member Drew Hall, Oklahoma City, Leila and Lolani Hall, England; and sister-in-law, Doris Hall.

Service is 2 p.m. today, Feb. 5, 2013, at Jefferson Methodist Church, Jefferson, Okla. Rev. Sandy Shepherd will officiate. Viewing will be at Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek, Okla, (580) 532-4222. She will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for diabetes.
