William "Bill" L. Darden, Jr.

Lindsay: William L. Darden, 89, passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2011 in Lindsay, OK.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, February 23, 2011, at the Westview Cemetery in Rush Springs with Richy Large officiating. Services will be under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs.

Bill was born Thursday, July 21, 1921 in Seymour, TX Bill lived in Stanford, Texas most of his life. He proudly served in the US Army during WWII. He was married to Edith Darden. She preceded him in death. Bill owned and operated a carnival for several years. He enjoyed working and being around people. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include, friends, Joe and Nancy Lujan of Rush Springs.Survivors include, friends, Joe and Nancy Lujan of Rush Springs.
