© Eisenhour Funeral Home Blanchard, Oklahoma August 20, 2013 May 5, 1946 ~ August 20, 2013 Clyde Levane Christian of Rush Springs passed away August 20, 2013 at the age of 67. The son of Lem Pierce Christian and Aurrealue Omicka [Townley] Christian, he was born May 5, 1946 in McClain County, Oklahoma. He spent most of his life in and around the Chickasha area and graduated from Chickasha High School in 1964. He was a carpenter and roofer until he retired in 1995. In his spare time, Clyde enjoyed deer hunting and spending time with his family. He married Betty Malone on March 24, 1978 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Clyde is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Victoria McDaniel; a grandson, Jesse Millsap; four brothers, Henry, Claude, Kenneth and Doyle Christian; and two sisters, Sylvia Ward and Viola Mongold. He is survived by his wife, Betty Christian of the home; six sons, William Christian and wife, Suzy, of Pioneer, Rodney Christian and wife, Robin, of Blanchard and Mike Christian of Pioneer, Jim McWilliams and wife, Linda, of Rush Springs, Bart McWilliams of Chickasha and Jubal McWilliams of Rush Springs; three daughters, Dianna McWilliams of Rush Springs, Patricia Coffee of Rush Springs, and Kay Bradley and husband, Terry, of Rush Springs; a son-in-law, Buddy McDaniel of Pioneer; eighteen grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Allen Christian and wife, Phyllis, of Norge and Leroy Christian and wife, Janice, of Moore; three sisters, Ruth Ann Manuel of Chickasha, Wanita Poole of Chickasha and Ellen Lamb of Chickasha; and many other loved ones and friends. Clyde was a wonderful husband and exceptional father to all ten of his children. Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M., Friday, August 23, 2013 at Eastside Baptist Church in Marlow. Interment will follow in the Rush Springs Westview Cemetery in Rush Springs. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home in Blanchard. © Eisenhour Funeral Home Blanchard, Oklahoma May 2020 December 1, 1939 ~ May 30, 2020 Betty Louise Christian, 80, of Rush Springs, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 30, 2020, in Marlow. The daughter of Murrel Calvin Malone and Katie Beatrice (Clement) Malone, she was born December 12, 1939, in Rush Springs. Betty was raised in the Rush Springs and Chickasha area. She held many jobs over the years but was most proud of being an ordained minister. Betty had six children of her own and in 1978, she married the love of her life, Clyde Christian, and gained four more children. Betty enjoyed traveling, camping, playing dominoes, and spending time with her family. She and Clyde had many adventures together (even though they got lost a few times) until he passed away in 2012. She spent many hours volunteering at the Southern Baptist Church Clothes Closet in Rush Springs. She was a wonderful Mom, Mother-in-law, Mamaw, and Sister. She will truly be missed. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clyde Christian; a daughter, Victoria McDaniel; a daughter-in-law, Robin Christian; a grandson, Jesse Millsap; one sister, Mamie Malone; and three brothers, Sammy, Daniel, and Leon Malone. Betty is survived by her children, Jim McWilliams and wife, Linda, of Rush Springs, Patricia Coffee of Rush Springs, Jubal McWilliams of Rush Springs, Kay Bradley and husband, Terry, of Rush Springs, Dianna McWilliams and Jerry Kennett of Sterling, Bart McWilliams of Cox City, William Christian and wife, Suzy, of Pioneer, Mike Christian of Chickasha, and Rodney Christian and wife, Sherrie, of Blanchard; three sisters, Jean Ross of Rush Springs, Evelyn Bridges of Chickasha, and Karen Arters and her husband, Danny, of Chickasha; three brothers, John Malone and his wife, Regina, of Chickasha, David Malone and his wife, Lois, of Chickasha, and Bobby Malone of Verden; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nephews and nieces; and many other loved ones and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at the Southern Baptist Church in Rush Springs. Burial will follow in Rush Springs Westview Cemetery.
