Robert Charles Karnes

Robert Charles Karnes, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jessie Karnes died at his parents home southwest of Verden at 300 o'clock p. m., August 21, 1940.

Robert was 3 years and 15 days old and had been ill about two weeks.

The funeral was conducted here at the Baptist church at 10 a. m. on August 23.

Surviving members of the family are his parents, three sisters, Grace W. Farris, Margaret R. Karnes, Yvonne Karnes, his grandmother of Anadarko.

Interment was made in the Verden cemetery with the Hansen Funeral Home in charge of burial arrangements.
