© The Verden News Verden, Oklahoma December 16, 1910 1898 ~ December 14, 1910 ANOTHER SAD DEATH Little Bessie Canterbury, twelve years of age, of Muskogee, a niece of Mrs. Charles Igo, Mrs. John Tate, Mrs. D. H. Solomon, and Mrs. Chandler of Chickasha, was buried here Friday. The little body was shipped from Muskogee to Verden where it was met by the mourning relatives. We are sure the sympathy of the entire neighborhood is extended to them. Mr. Canterbury extends his heartfelt thanks to his many friends of Verden for the kindness shown him in his bereavement. Mr. Canterbury returned home on the evening train. |
