Jim Bob Trusty

Marlow: Jim Bob Trusty, 84, Marlow, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, May 28, 2007 in Duncan.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, May 31, 2007, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs, with Kerry Pelley officiating. Burial will be in the Rush Springs Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs.

Jim Bob was born Wednesday, November 15, 1922 in Fannin County, Texas, to Frank Stephen and Ethel [Roland] Trusty.

He attended school at Elm Flat, northeast of Rush Springs. He lived in the Rush Springs area most of his life.

Jim Bob played the guitar and enjoyed playing music. He lived with his mom and took care of her until her death. Jim Bob was of the Assembly of God faith.

His survivors include, Several Nieces & Nephews and His extended Gregston Nursing Home family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brother and 1 sister.

Pallbearers will be Clarence Ballard, Neal Owens, Jerry Stewart, Joe Tunnel, Boyd Pendley, Jack Porter and Jim Coast.
