Thelma Oleta [Cast] Reeves

Former Rush Springs resident Oleta [Cast] Reeves 82, of Oklahoma City died Sunday, August 27, 1995 in the Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City.

Funeral services were held at 10 am Wednesday, August 30, in the Baptist Temple Church in Oklahoma City. Graveside services followed at 1:30 pm in Rush Springs Cemetery under the direction of Bill Merritt Funeral Home of Bethany.

Mrs Reeves was born November 11, 1912 to John Robert and Edith [Borden] Cast in Rush Springs.

She was married to William Clay Reeves on Jan 9, 1933 at Chickasha.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, James Vernon Reeves who died in infancy; on daughter Marilyn Ruth Leierer; and one grandson Kevin Leierer.

She is survived by one grandaughter, Marla McCullough of Houston, TX; three great-trandson, John Robert McCullough, Michael Layne Hardy and Adrienned McCullough, all of Houston; one son-in-law, Mel Leierer, Conroe TX and many nieces and nephews.
