Nipsie Delania [Poole] Phillips

We received word of the death of one of our dear mothers Mrs. Nipsey Phillips who leaves two daughters, Mrs. Ben Thompson and Mrs. Clifton Cast of Acme and three boys, Mr. Labon Phillips of Chico, Texas and Lowell and Orbin at home besides a host of other friends and relatives.

The funeral was held at the Baptist Church at Rush Springs by Rev. Waggoner and burial was in the Rush Springs cemetery on Thursday.

The community extends its sympathy to the bereaved family in this dark trying hour, but we all die as we live and will meet her in that great beyond where no more sad farewells are said.
