© Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home Rush Springs, Oklahoma Monday, October 29, 2018 Shirley Ann [Barnett] Morrison Rush Springs: Shirley Ann Morrison, passed away Monday, October 29, 2018 in Rush Springs at the age of 71. Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, November 2, 2018, at the Full Gospel Church in Chickasha, with Sister Alice Wendling officiating. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs. Shirley was born Tuesday, May 13, 1947 in Dibble, to Keith and Mildred Inez [Townley] Barnett. She lived in the Rush Springs for over 40 years and attended Dibble Public Schools. Shirley married Wendell Morrison in Wichita Falls, Texas on January 18, 1994. They were married for 24 years. She loved shopping especially to find that special antique. Shirley was the former owner of the Antique Shop. She was always cooking and enjoyed making Sunday dinner for everyone. Shirley could always be counted on to always move her furniture and loved sitting on her porch. She was a member of the Full Gospel Church in Chickasha and loved her relationship with the Lord. Survivors include her husband, Wendell Morrison of the home, a son, Scott Morrison of Kansas City, MO, 3 daughters, Kim Hayes and husband Mark of Marlow, Linda Farmer and wife Logan of Oklahoma City, Joetta Bailey of Oklahoma City. She was also survived by 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, a sister, Elta Byrom and husband George of Chickasha, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Lloyd Barnett, and Richard Barnett. |
