July 1937 Charles Richard Coyle Funeral service was held Monday at the Catholic Church for Charles Richard Coyle, who died early Saturday morning in an Oklahoma City Hospital of pneumonia and complications following the amputation of his right limb on January 19 , Interment was made in the Rush Springs Cemetery. Deceased had suffered many months with bone infection in his right limb. This ailment was treated at a Oklahoma City Hospital but in Vain and the amputation became necessary. He contracted the pneumonia following the operation. Charles Richard Coyle , son of John and Margaret Coyle , was born at Erin Springs, Indian Territory Jan 11 1884, Soon after his Birth, the family moved near what is now Bailey Okla, where the First twelve years of his life were spent In 1896 they came to Rush Springs where they have since Resided In November, 1912 He married to Miss Eva Moore, Seven Children were Born of this union, Three of whom Survive him, Evelyn, John and Roma Lee. He was a Devoted Husband and Father as well as a Son and Brother, But his warm heart did not stop at family ties and his friends were numbered by his acquaintances. His name will not be written in a hall of fame but to his family and friends he was a hero. He was never too busy to extend a helping hand to those needing his assistance, During all his long months of suffering, His Courage and cheerful disposition were a wonder to all who met him. He was a Devoted member of the Catholic Church. He leaves to mourn his going, his Wife and three children, his aged mother and sister, two brothers, Edward if Marlow and John of Rush Springs, five nephews, three nieces and scores of friends. December 1946 Eva M. [Moore] Coyle Funeral services for Mrs Eva Moore Coyle 60 were held December 28 in Church of Christ here. Mrs Coyle was born in oct 15 1896 near Allen, Texas, she come with her parents to Rush Springs in 1907. She had lived here since that time, untill 1941, when she went to San Diego, Calif to make her home with her Daughter, Mrs, Henry McCary,where she was at the time of her death. Eva Moore was married to Charly Coyle Nov 27 1917, to this union seven children were born, four of whom preceded her in death, as well as Her Husband died Jan 1 1931. Her parents were Joseph Desha Moore & Nannie Frances Peavler. Funeral services were held in the Church of Christ with Rev Eulys Russell officiating pallbearers were AJ English, George Denton, Roy Smith, ET Blades, JA Wegnor of Comanche and Louis Leverelt. Mrs. Coyle is survived by one son John Coyle of National City, two daughters, Mrs Joe Schwarz of Saginaw, Michigan and Mrs Henry McCary of San Diego, Calif, Five sisters , two brothers and three grandchildren. Calloway and Mullican were in charge of Funeral internment was in Rush Springs Cemetery. |
