© The Chickasha Daily Express Sunday, June 13, 1982 John Edward Walton Graveside funeral for John Edward Walton, 72, 1316 N. E. 12th, Apartment 703, Oklahoma City, will be at 1:30 pm Monday, June 14, 1982, in Veterans Hospital in Oklahoma City. He had resided in Oklahoma City since 1945 and in Oklahoma all of his life. Mr. Walton was a member of the Downtown Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. He was a retired plumber. He and Truewillow Youngblood were married in 1935 in Chickasha. She preceded him in death on Dec. 11, 1974. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. J. D. (Alta) Recer of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Dollie Hanaway of Chillicothe, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Interment will be under direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
