Geraldine [Jones] Wallace

Geraldine (Jerry) Jones Wallace was born April 13, 1921, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, to Rose Lee Sacra Jones and Lloyd Payton Jones, and passed from this life on December 15, 2002.

She lived most of her life in Fort Worth, Texas, and Arlington, Texas. She attended schools in Forth Worth and graduated from Riverside High School in Fort Worth.

She also attended the University of Texas of Arlington.

She married Barney Wallace in 1966.

She worked for Montgomery Ward, Midcontinent Oil and International Paper Company.

Jerry was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a cousin, LaNell Phillips.

She is survived by an uncle, Henry D. Jones of New Mexico; cousins: Donnie Jones, Carrie Jones of New Mexico, Everett Sacra of Richmond, Texas, Dorothy Bell of Tulsa, John Carr of Hurst, Texas, Sue Sullins of Bedford, Texas, Thomas Carr, Effie Lou Hulsey, Lorene Null and Dr. Elsie Null of Chickasha.

Graveside services to celebrate her life were held at Rose Hill Cemetery on Tuesday, December 17, 2002, at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Kim Hayes officiated.
