Graveside services for Kaden Blake Perkins, two months old, of Chickasha, Okla., will be held Saturday, August 16, 2003, at 10:30 a.m. in Rose Hill Cemetery. Kim Hayes will officiate.

Kaden Blake Perkins was born June 3, 2003, in Chickasha, the son of Leigh Ann Perkins and Sam R. Boatman. He died Wednesday, August 13, 2003, in Chickasha.

Survivors include his mother and father, Leigh Ann Perkins, of Chickasha, and Sam R. Boatman, of Comanche, Okla.; maternal grandparents, Charles and Frances Perkins, of Ninnekah, Okla.; paternal grandparents, Sam and Jolene Boatman, of Comanche; aunts and uncles, Shelly and Kevin Rupe, of Ninnekah, Trent and Tammy Perkins, of Weatherford, Okla., and Jason Boatman and Twila Boatman, both of Comanche.

Services are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
