Minnie Iona [Miller] Long
Funeral service for Mrs. Minnie Iona Long, 92, Choctaw, will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in the College Heights Baptist Church, with Rev. Harold Davis, pastor of the First Church of the Nazarene in Midwest City, and Rev. W. P. Mugg, pastor of the Walker Baptist Church, Pauls Valley, officiating. Mrs. Long was born July 22, 1883, in Saltillo, Miss. She died Wednesday in Muskogee General Hospital. Mrs. Long and Joseph Soloman Long were married in Mississippi on Sept. 18, 1897. He preceded her in death on Aug. 29, 1930.
They were the parents of ten children. A daughter and a son also preceded her in death. Villa Mae Long Butts, Savannah Leona Long Wood, Alta Augusta Long Betts, Vera Orene Long Chapman, Paul "Bud" Long, Samantha Ila Long Smith,Ola Pearl Long McDowell, Augie Modine Long Stevens, Gladius "Glate" Long Stevens, William Wade (Bill) Long.

Funeral service for Mrs. Minnie Iona Long, 92, was held at 4 p.m. Saturday in the College Heights Baptist Church, Chickasha.
Rev. C. Davis, pastor of the First Church of the Nazarene in Midwest City, and Rev. W. P. Mugg of Walker Baptist Church or Pauls Valley officiated.
Music was furnished by Rev. Raymond Culp, organist, and Mrs. Jan Crumm, soloist.
Pallbearers were grandsons, Bill Freels, Reg Hammon, Duane Carter, Kenneth Epperson, Ron Dinger, Don Kimberling, Jimmy Smith, and Charles Landon.
Interment was in the Rose Hill Cemetery under direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
