Funeral services for Diana K. [McDoniel] Jessee, 46, formerly of Chickasha are pending with Ferguson Funeral Home. Diana K. [McDoniel] Jessee was born January 25, 1959. She died Sunday October 2, 2005, in Tulsa.

Funeral Mass for Diana K. [McDoniel] Jessee, 46, of Bixby, Oklahoma, formerly of Chickasha, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 5, 2005, in the Holy Name Catholic Church with Father Schwarz officiating.
Diana K. [McDoniel] Jessee was born January 25, 1959, the daughter of Dr. Bill McDoniel and Margery Ross McDoniel. She died Sunday October 2, 2005, in Tulsa, after a courageous battle with Leukemia. She came to Chickasha as an infant. She attended Chickasha Public Schools, graduating from Chickasha High School in 1977. She attended college at O.U., where she earned an accounting degree in 1981.
After obtaining her degree, she worked as a CPA with Arthur Young & Company, in Tulsa. Diana married Drew Jessee on August 27, 1983, in Chickasha. They made their home in Modesto, California, where she worked as a CPA for Sun Diamond Growers. In 1995, they returned to Oklahoma, making their home in Tulsa area.
She served on the board of the Bixby Public Schools PTA, and was very active within the program. She enjoyed dedicating her services and time to the school, and helping the children of the community in any way she could. She was preceded in death by both her maternal and paternal grandparents.
She is survived by her husband, Drew Jessee, of the home; two sons: Sean and Brad Jessee, of the home; parents: Dr. Bill and Margery McDoniel, of Chickasha; two brothers and sisters-in-law; Bill and Julie McDoniel, of Norman and Mike and Margaret McDoniel, of Austin, Texas; father and mother-in-law: George and Eleanor Jessee, of Jenks; and sister and brother-in-law: Lisa and Curtis Van Huss, of Bixby.
Memorial donations may be made to Chickasha Mobile Meals, 3214 Brookridge Drive, Chickasha, Oklahoma, 73018 or the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, 825 N.E. 13th, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73104.
Interment will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
