Green, 63, for 38 years a resident of Chickasha were held at the Chickasha Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Harold Graves, pastor of the First Baptist Church had charge of the services and of the burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. The only immediate relative surviving is a brother, William of Houston, Texas; two nieces, Mrs. D. C. Baer of Austin, Texas and Mrs. L. M. Hanby of Fort Riley, Kansas also survive. Mr. Green's body was found in a residence in the 200-block on Minnesota on Wednesday afternoon. Mr. Green had been engaged in the trucking and house moving business here for 37 years, in a concern that was formerly Venable and Green. |
