© The Chickasha Daily Express Monday, September 3, 1977 Robert Jay Conrad Graveside service for Robert Jay Conrad, 67, 914 Darlene Lane, Arlington, Texas, will be held at 4 p.m., Wednesday, at Rosehill Cemetery with Rev. Don Horton, pastor of Epworth United Methodist Church, officiating. Mr. Conrad was born Nov. 9, 1911 at Chickasha. He died Sept. 3 in Arlington Memorial Hospital. He was married to Frances Marie Renfro on June 5, 1938, at Ardmore. He lived in Chickasha all of his life. He moved to Dallas in May of 1976, and then to Arlington. He was a member of Epworth Methodist Church, and a former member of the Chickasha Elks Lodge No. 2125 and Lion's Club. He was a former employee of Chickasha Iron Works. He is survived by his wife, Frances, of the home; two sons, Robert C. Conrad of Chickasha and James C. Conrad of the home; a brother, Emery Conrad, of Chickasha; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Baker and Mrs. Josephine Hines, both of Chickasha. Interment will be in Rosehill Cemetery under the direction of Brown Funeral Home. |
