Claude Malone Anthony

Graveside service for Claude M. Anthony, 83, of Chickasha, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, July 2, 2007 at the Rose Hill Cemetery, Chickasha. Claude M. Anthony was born November 22, 1923 in California the son of Claude and Jewel [Malone] Anthony and died June 28, 2007 in Norman, Oklahoma.

Mr. Anthony lived in Chickasha all of his life. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during World War II.

He and Mary Jones were married October 8,1977. Mr. Anthony owned and operated a service gas station. He worked as a welder for Tinker Air Force Base for 18 years.

He was preceded in death by: Parents: one sister: Lillian Bradford.

Survivors include: Wife: Mary Anthony of the home; Children: Janice Christian; Ronnie Anthony; Larry Anthony; Stepchildren: Troy Jones; Beverly Rutledge; Dina Hopkins; 7 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one sister: Anita Cabler of Bartlesville.

Interment will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
