William Ernest "Bill" Stone
May 26, 1959 ~ December 9, 2010


Funeral services for William Ernest Stone, age 51, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday , December 16, 2010 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha, Oklahoma.

William Ernest Stone was born May 26, 1959 in Marked Tree, Arkansas to Alvin Curtis Stone and Evelyn Juanita Stephens. He passed away Thursday, December 9, 2010 at his home in Sulphur, Oklahoma.

William worked for Chickasha Cotton and Oil for around 15 years and later worked at USAO in the cafeteria. He then worked at Traders Masnufacturing for over ten years.

He is preceded in death by his parents , two brothers, James Teftteller and Charles White.

William is survived by his wife, Ronda King Stone of the home. 2 stepsons: Jimmy Dewayne King and wife Jeannie of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Ronnie King of Chickasha, Oklahoma, 1 daughter: Chloe Dee Jur King Robinson and husband Jody of Sulphur, Oklahoma, Ronda's adopted daughter: Rene' Martinez Rodgers of Chickasha, 1 Brother: Lynn Carmen of Corinth, Mississippi, 5 Sisters: Debra Burk, Katherine Renfro, and Maerine Tippit of Trumann, Arkansas, Wilma Payne of Griffithsville, Arkansas and Etta Long of Harrisburg, Arkansas, 7 Grandchildren: Jessica King, Kassie King, Charlie Rodgers, Mathew Rodgers, Jimmy Don Rodgers, Kayla Ann, Corey Robison. Several nieces and nephews.

Interment will be in the Pocasset Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Ronda G. Riggs Stone
April 5, 1953 ~ July 5, 2016


Ronda G. [Riggs] Stone, age 63, was born April 5th, 1953 in Lafalla, TN to Sadie and George Riggs, Jr. She died Tuesday, July 5, 2016 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

She was raised by “Ma” Klovia Gay Riggs. Most of her family were coal miners. Ronda was the youngest of five children. She married at the age of thirteen and had two sons. She later divorced and married twice after that. The third marriage to William E. Stone was her last. She and William "Bill" raised the two boys in Oklahoma.

Ronda worked in a cotton mill, as a CNA and as a house keeper. She later helped raise three of her grandchildren. She was many things to many people. She was a mother figure, a grandmother, a sister, a wife and a friend. She didn't turn her back on anyone who was in need. If she was able to help them she would do so. She lived her life to help those around her.

Her parents, grandparents, her three brothers Ed, Elmer and Jr., her sister Mary "Jody" and her husband Bill all preceded her in death.

She is survived by both sons Jimmy and Ronnie King, her daughter Renee. Her grandchildren: Jessica, Chole, Kassie, Kayla Ann, Charlie, Jimmy Don and Matthew. Four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services 10 a.m. Saturday, Pocasset Cemetery, Pocasset
