Farmer Cuts Throat With Razor


It's Thought Than An Accident Had Caused a Mental Unbalance


V. B. Shipley, a farmer, living in the vacinity of Pocasset committed suicide last Sun day morning by cutting his throat with a razor.

It is thought that his mind had become unbalanced as the resut ofr an accident he received some months ago.

He was unmarried and made his home with his brother.

Interment was in the cemetery at Pocasset and the funeral services were conducted by the Masonic lodge of which Mr Shipley was a member.

Mr Shipley lived for some years on a farm two miles southeast of Pocasset before going to live with his brother and he leaves many friends who regret his tragic death
