He was born June 15, 1992 to Michael and Joey Forsythe in Oklahoma City, OK. Gary enjoyed working on cars, collecting many things like guns, knives, lighters and hanging with his friends. He had a huge heart and never met a stranger. Gary was involved with church and enjoyed working with the 2-3 year olds. Most of all Gary enjoyed spending time with his family. Gary is survived by his father and step-mom, Mike Forsythe wife, Susan; brother, Justin Forsythe; step-sisters, Brittni Hodges and Andrea Forsythe; aunts and uncles, Teresa Reeves and husband, Randy, Gary Forsythe, Jerry Lee and wife, Stephanie; cousins, Randy Reeves, Jr., Stephanie and husband, Jerry Pooler, Victoria Ray King and husband; paternal grandmother, Barbara Overstreet; grandfather, Gary Gritton; a host of many friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Joey L. Gritton; grandmother, Trish Gritton; grandfather, Leland Forsythe. Services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, September 5, 2014 at St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church, 2727 SW 119th, Oklahoma City, OK. Interment to be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, September 5, 2014 at Pocasset Cemetery in Pocasset, OK. |
