© Resthaven Funeral Home OK City OK May 2020 Beulah Lee "Billie" [Steen] Harvey Dean April 6, 1932 ~ May 16, 2020 Beulah "Billie" Lee [Steen] Harvey Dean, 88, of Providence Village, TX, passed away on 05/16/2020. She was born to parents Essie Steen and Raymond Steen Sr, on 04/06/1932 in Daisy, AR. Beulah "Billie" worked as a Meat Wrapper for 33 years. After 33 years of service, she retired from Homeland in Year of Retirement. She enjoyed Sewing, crafting, needle point, cooking, church and spending time with her family. Beulah "Billie" met Joseph M Harvey JR in 1949. They were married on August 13, 1949 in Childress, TX. They were married for 35 years. Together they raised 2 children: Jane Wasserleben and Judy Abram. Beulah "Billie" was remarried on 4/5/1986 to Elvin Dean and they were married for 25 years. Beulah "Billie" is survived by Jane Wasserleben daughter [Karl], Judy Abram daughter, Donna Reagan daughter, and Fred Dean son. Karrie Hill grand-daughter [Chris], Karl Wasserleben IV grandson [Kasey], Cheryl Abram grand-daughter, Autumn Dean grand-daughter. Abbie Wasserleben great grand-daughter, Two grandsons, Chris Abram, and Ryan Hugland. One granddaughter, Erin Hogland. 14 great grandchildren, 7 brothers and sisters and numerous family and friends. She was preceded in death by Essie Steen mother, Raymond Steen father, Joseph Harvey spouse, Elvin Dean spouse and Tina Dean sister. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 20, 2020 from 4:30 to 6:30 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 10:00am at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel.
