Bonnie Frances [Sanders] Burns
October 3, 1949 ~ December 27, 2019


Graveside services for Bonnie Frances Burns, 70, will be held in the Pocasset Cemetery.

Bonnie Frances [Sanders] Burns was born October 3, 1949 in Chickasha, Oklahoma the daughter of Jasper Newton Sanders and Ethel Elaine [Towe] Sanders. She passed away December 27, 2019 in Quinton, Oklahoma.

Bonnie attended Pioneer School and lived in the Chickasha area for many years. She married Frank Marshall Burns in 1966 in Chickasha. Frank passed away in 1993.

She liked sewing and the children remember her making their clothes when they were young. She raised her family and would help anybody. Bonnie loved going to garage sales. She was raised Jehovah’s Witness and was very active in the Kingdom Hall. She loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Bonnie was preceded in death by both parents, her husband, brother Jackie Sanders, grandson Marshall Austin and son Clifford Burns.

Survivors include her children Frances Burns, Bracken Burns and Kelly Burns; two brothers Kenneth Sanders and Buddy Sanders; nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Services are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
