© Ferguson Funeral Home Chickasha, Oklahoma June 2016 Joe David Bray January 17, 1965 ~ June 1, 2016 Funeral Services will be held for Joe David Bray, 51, of Chickasha at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 6, 2016, in the Full Gospel Church with Sister Alice Wendling officiating. Joe David Bray was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma on January 17, 1965, the son of Virgil Ray Bray and Carolyn Sue [Moss] Bray. He passed away on June 1, 2016, at his home in Chickasha. He grew up in the Am-Po schools and graduated from Chickasha High School. He later obtained an Associates Degree from EOSC in Wilburton in 1992. Joe also attended classes at OSU. Joe truly loved people and enjoyed making them laugh. He was an accomplished pool player and had a passion for photography which he loved doing throughout his life. His loves were God, family, his dogs and his friends. He liked to cook and was always taking food to the poor. He also loved Florida where he had spent about twenty years. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his dad; Virgil Bray, two brothers; Johnny Bray and Jerry Don Bray, Sr. He is survived by his mother; Carolyn Bray; brother and sister-in-law, Justin and Yvette; brother, James; cousins, Jesse Brown and wife Teressa Marissa Lutz and husband, Scotty, Rebelee Dollar and husband Benny; nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Jerry Don, Jr., Judd, Jaden, Joshua, Dawson and Jasmyne Bray; great-niece Emberlyn Burton and great nephew, Brooks Bray and other extended family and friends. Interment will be in the Pocasset Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home. |
