Garmore Black

Garmore Black, age 65 years, died Tuesday at his home eight miles west of town.

Garmore was the fifth of seven known children born to Mary (Cutright) and Levi Black. His siblings were: Rheuhama, John Clark, Loman C., Harrison, Ira Dotson, and Julia Ann Black.

Garmore married Susan Abigail Phillips in Page Co., IA on 15n September 1864. They became the parents of Rhuehama, Dudley, Mary E., Lida[(Lydia?] and Clark Black.

John Dudley Black

"Dudley" was was the son of Garmore and Susan [Phillips] Black. His siblings were: Ruehama, Mary E., Lida, and Clark Black. In 1900, this family was living in Chickaskia Township, Sumner County, OK.

Died at his home last Tuesday morning, John Black, age 36. He was buried in the Phillips Cemetery. He leaves a wife and four children.
