Funeral service for Ruby Eveline West, 85, of Ninnekah, Oklahoma, will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 15, 2004, in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.
Ruby Eveline West was born November 14, 1918, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, the daughter of William M. and Georgia May (Boswell) Walker, and died September 12, 2004, in Chickasha.
Mrs. West lived in Grady County all of her life. She worked for Hart Manufacturing for over 20 years.
She also owned and operated Ruby's Fruit Stand for 66 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Loyd West, and one son, Billy Ray West.
Survivors include one son and his wife, Bobby and Gail West; one brother and his wife, Jim Ray and Pat Walker; grandchildren, Ashley Autrey, Teresa and Kyle Bradley, Mary Ann Porter, Diana and Glenn Jones, Thomas Autrey, Angela Gomez, Tammy and Mark Minyen, Steve West, Randy Walker and Tamra and Eddy Guidy; 14 great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Interment will be in the Ninnekah Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
