Graveside service for Lance Greg Nichols, age 49, of Duncan, Oklahoma, will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at the Ninnekah Cemetery, Ninnekah, OK.

Lance Greg Nichols was born May 7, 1960 at Del Rio, Texas. He was the son of Glen and Laura [Espinoza] Nichols. He died Friday March 5, 2010 in Oklahoma City.

Lance grew up in Texas. He came to Oklahoma in 1989. He had served in the U.S. Army. Lance worked for Halliburton for almost 3 years.

Lance loved spending time with his friends and family making each one of them smile and laugh.

His mother Laura Nichols and son Jonathan Ball preceded him in death.

Survivors include: his father: Glen Nichols and stepmother Carolyn, brother: Larry Nichols, sister Laura Nichols, sister: Lisa Earnest and brother Sonny Earnest, daughter: Veronica Ball, grandchildren: Payton Stehr and Ty Ball, special friend Debbie Ball, niece and nephew, Chance Ramsey and Cheyenne Fleming; and Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family and many friends.

Interment will be in the Ninnekah Cemetery, Ninnekah, OK under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
