© Ferguson Funeral Home Chickasha, Oklahoma MArch 2013 June 19, 1878 ~ March 28, 2013 Funeral services will be held for Heather Dawn Forsythe, 34, of Marlow at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, in the Ninnekah First Baptist Church with Mike McReynolds officiating. Heather Dawn Forsythe was born in Chickasha, Oklahoma, on June 19, 1978, the daughter of Richard Schoolfield and Barbara Sanders Schoolfield. She died on Friday, March 28, 2013, in Oklahoma City. Heather grew up in Ninnekah. She graduated from Ninnekah High School in 1997. After High School Heather attended Canadian Valley Technology Center taking classes that specialized in the Medical field. She was also a licensed Phlebotomist and Medical Assistant. She was currently employed with Blessings Daycare Center where she has taught for over six years. She enjoyed gardening, painting, carpentry work around the house, and spending time with her friends and family. She was preceded in death by both her Paternal and Maternal Grandparents. Survivors include her husband Moque "Mook" Forsythe, and three children, Katelyn, Garret, and Baylee of the home; parents, Richard and Barbara Schoolfield of Ninnekah and brother and sister-in-law, Matthew and Johnna Schoolfield also of Ninnekah, along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Interment will in the Ninnekah cemetery under the direction on Ferguson Funeral Home. |
