Edward "Dick" Ramsey
November 16, 1914 ~ July 3, 1916

Spring Creek

[Too late for last week]

Edward, the little son of Mr and Mrs Wess Ramsey, quietly passed away Monday night, July 2 at 2:00 o'clock, after an illness of about two weeks.

He was one year and six months old.

Interment was made in Naples Cemetery Monday.

The little crib is empty now,
The little clothes laid by.
A mother's hope a fathers joy
In deaths cold arms doth lie.
Go, little pilgrim, to thy home
On yonder blissful shore;
We miss thee here, but soon will come
Where thou has gone before
Darling Edward he has left us;
Left us, yes for evermore;
But we hope to meet our darling,
On that bright and happy shore.
