Funeral service for Gayle Cunningham, 70, of Chickasha will be at 10 a.m., Monday, May 3, 2010, in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.
Gayle Cunningham was born May 11, 1939, in Cougar, Oklahoma the daughter of Obert and Minnie Ola [Woodson] Garrett. She died April 29, 2010, in Sterling, Okla.
She and Reverend Wayne Dean Cunningham were married Nov. 3, 1956.
Gayle volunteered at Jane Brooks School for the deaf in Chickasha. She also worked at Mushroom Studio Arts & Crafts.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Tressa June Wood, sister, Anna Lee McGlothin.
Survivors include her husband: Wayne Dean Cunningham, four children, Wayne Dean Cunningham II and wife, Karen, Denny Layne Cunningham and wife, Deb, Mary Alexander and husband, Gary Penny McCoin and husband, Terry, 17 grandchildren, Jeff & Valerie, Jason & Erin, Jeramy & Leigh Wood, Jack & Jennifer Holland, Misty & Shire, Kasie & Carl, Elizabeth & Billy Travis, Christina & Gary, Kayla Cunningham, Michael & Jessica Cunningham, Daniel Cunningham, Carollyne & Anthony Killackey, Patricia, Rodrey, Mary, Owyn McCoin, 13 great grandchildren: Daniel, Dillon Wood, Ashton, Gabrille Holland, Levi, Dallas, Jackson Squires, Sammie, Shyanne, Jacob Deuel, Kendra, Caden Wood.
Interment will be in the Laverty Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
