© The Chickasha Express-Star Chickasha, Oklahoma November 10, 2004 Louis Anthony Novotny Sr June 16, 1929 ~ November 8, 2004 Funeral Mass for Louis Anthony Novotny, Sr., 75, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 11, 2004, at the Holy Name Catholic Church. Wake service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 10, 2004, in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Louis Anthony Novotny, Sr., was born June 16, 1929, in Chickasha, the son of Joseph and Frances [Janda] Novotny and died November 8, 2004, in Chickasha. Mr. Novotny lived in the Chickasha area all his life. He worked for a number of years for Unit Drilling Company. He also farmed the Novotny homestead land. Mr. Novotny was a member of the Holy Name Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, and the Farm Bureau. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frances and Joseph Novotny; two brothers, Cyril Novotny and Rudolph Novotny; and three sisters, Marie Novotny, Josephine Novotny and Mary Frances Reding. Survivors include his three daughters, Lisa Novotny Price, Yvonne Elrod, and Theresia Yearick; two sons, Louis James Novotny, Jr., and William Novotny; two sisters, Agnes Skoch and Martha O'Reilly; grandchildren, Michael and Stephanie Novotny, Joshua Wolfe, Austin, Blayke, and Logan Yearick. Interment will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Holy Name Section, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. |
