Peter Miller
May 5, 1834 ~ February 13, 1913

Our entire community was shocked last Friday when they learned that Grandpa Miller had fell dead at his home. Mr Miller was one of the most respected and lived men.

He had reached the ripe old age of 79 years and had raised a large family, whose grief and sorrow can only be measured by their devotion to their dear father.

He came to this country when a young man from France, was a successful railroad man for a number of years.

Later they engaged in farming in Kansas and when Oklahoma was opened came to our community where he was a successful farmer.
