Bessie J. Hollis
Funeral services for Mrs. Bessie J. Hollis, 68, were held Wednesday morning in the First Nazarene Church. The Rev. O. M. Milburn, pastor, officiated. Mrs. Hollis died about 7:45 pm Monday in a city nursing home. Music was furnished by Robert Hollis Jr., vocalist, and Mrs. Wilson Ray, pianist.
Pallbearers were E. E. Browning, Carl Richardson, Earl Cox, Adolph Handke, Roy Evans and Charlie Lines.
Interment was in Friendship Cemetery in the Arcadia Community under the direction of Browns' Funeral Home.
