September 8, 1920 ~ April 20, 1997


uneral for Harry O. Youngblood, 76, Okarche, was held Wednesday, April 23, 1997, in Tuttle United Methodist church. Rev Bruce Brotherton officiated.

He was born September 8, 1920 in Tuttle, the son of Thomas O. & Chestina [George] Youngblood. He died Sunday, April 20, 1997 in Enid.

Mr Youngblood lived in Tuttle until 1956, when he moved to Norman. He later moved to Kingfisher, and after his retirement, moved to Okarche.

He & Wilmuth Elliott were married August 4, 1941 in Ft Smith, Arkansas.

Mr Youngblood was a grain manager. He served in the Airforce. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge for 50 years. He was a member of the Kingfisher First United Methodist church until 1992.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, & 1 sister.

Survivors include his wife, Wilmuth of the home in Okarche, 3 sons, Ronnie Youngblood of Mason, N.H., Joel Youngblood of Prosperity, S.C., & Kerry Youngblood of Fruita, CO, 1 brother, Wayne Youngblood of Ft Worth, TX, 3 sisters, Alma Ward of Yukon, Maxine Norris of Cape Cod, Mass., & Mildred Spence of Rochester, NY, 6 grandchildren, & 1 great grandchild.

Interment was in Fairview cemetery, Tuttle, under direction of Sevier funeral home of Tuttle.

Wilmuth Mae [Elliott] Youngblood Cralle


Funeral service for Wilmuth Mae Youngblood Cralle, 87, of Glen Rose, Texas, formerly of Tuttle, were held on Monday, June 1, 2009.

Wilmuth Mae Youngblood Cralle was born December 1, 1921 to Aaron and Jesse Elliott. She went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 28, 2009.

She married Harry Oscar Youngblood in August of 1941. He preceded her in death in 1997.

In 2000, she married her childhood sweetheart, Edgar Lee Cralle. He passed away in 2006.

Wilmuth, whe was livingly referred to as "Little Mama" or "Dooley," was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Tuttle and Acton Baptist Church of Granbury, Texas. She was an employee of Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City and a long-time employee of Pioneer Telephone Company in Kingfisher.

She is survived by three sons, Harry Ronald Youngblood [Jane Saltsman] of Mason, N.H., Joel Raymond Youngblood [Sandy Youngblood] of Fernandina Beach, Fla., and Dr. Kerry Lynn Youngblood [Kris Hahn-Youngblood] of Morehead City, N.C., a sister, Bobby Chaney of Mustang, and two brothers, Carl and Teddy Handke of Tuttle, six grandchildren, Jeffrey Youngblood, Melissa Youngblood Irvin, Sara Youngblood, Kenney Matthew Youngblood, Mark Youngblood, Jessie Youngblood, five great-grandchldren and several nieces and nephews.

she will be missed by all who loved her.

Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery in Tuttle, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to Cherokee Rose Nursing Home and Rehab, 203 Bo Gibbs Dr., Granbury, TX 76043.
