Buddy Wilson
September 7, 1919 ~ February 5, 1994


Buddy Wilson was born September 7, 1919 in Haskell County, Ok. He was the son of Henry and Bertha [Bray] Wilson. He died Saturday, February 5, 1994 in Oklahoma City, OK.

Mr. Wilson lived and worked in Oklahoma City from 1946-1976. He was employed at the Oklahoma City Street Department and retired in 1965. He had lived in Tuttle since 1976.

Mr. Wilson and Neoma Tucker were married May 9, 1942 in Kinta, OK.

He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, and his grandchildren. Mr. Wilson served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He served in the Pacific Theatre.

Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by twin sister, Myrtle Wilson in 1938; brother, Jessie Wilson; sister, Louise Somers; and granddaughter, Tina Pinkston.

Survivors include his wife, Neoma Wilson of the home; 3 sons, Tom Wilson of Tuttle, Ok., Don Wilson of Tuttle, Ok., Keith Wilson of Weatherford, Ok.; 2 daughters, Teresa Pinkston of Vici, Ok., Linda Schones of Mustang, Ok.; 3 brothers, Bill Wilson of Quinton, Ok., Walter Loveless of Oklahoma City, Ok., Bob Loveless of Oklahoma City, Ok.; a sister, Nellie Guess of McAlester, Ok.; 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and a great number of friends, all of whom loved him very much.

Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, Ok. under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Tuttle.

Neoma Josephine [Tucker] Wilson
February 21, 1925 ~ April 23, 2008


Funeral services for Neoma Josephine Wilson, 83, of Hinton, Oklahoma were held on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at the Scott Baptist Church in Hinton.

Neoma Josephine Wilson was born February 21, 1925 in Nelson, Oklahoma the daughter of Lonnie Albert and Carrie Flora [Ketchum] Tucker and died April 23, 2008 in El Reno.

Neoma graduated from Old Classen High School in Oklahoma City. She and Buddy Wilson were married May 9, 1942 in Kinta, Oklahoma. She worked for the U.S. Post Office in Oklahoma City, retiring after about 20 years of service. Neoma moved to Tuttle from Oklahoma City in 1974. She attended South Oklahoma City Junior College, receiving a degree in accounting in 1979 and an Associate's Degree in Business Real Estate Technology in 1980. She owned and operated Wilson Tax Service in Tuttle for over 30 years. Neoma was an adventurous woman who loved the outdoors, enjoyed music and loved to travel.

Neoma was a member of the Scott Baptist Church of Hinton. Every day she celebrated her life in Christ. She taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School.

She was preceded in death by her husband Buddy Wilson February, 1994; a sister, Freda Tucker; two grandchildren Christina Pinkston and Tracey Cox; two sons-in-law, Phil Pinkston and Coy Schones; and sisters-in-law: Arlene Tucker and Juanita Tucker.

Survivors include three sons, Don Wilson and wife, Kandi, of Hinton; Tom Wilson and wife, Andrea, of Tuttle, and Keith Wilson of Oklahoma City; two daughters, Teresa Pinkston of Vici, Linda Schones of Yukon; two brothers, Earl Tucker of Blanchard and Albert `Sonny' Tucker of Tuttle; 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
