Angela Rena Traxler
June 12, 1973 ~ March 17, 2019


Angela Rena Traxler, age 45, of Tuttle, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2019, after an extended illness. She was born June 12, 1973, in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Angela was the younger of two daughters born to Jerry Alfred Sparks and Pamela Suzanne [Turner] Sparks. Angela grew up in Tuttle and graduated from Tuttle High School with the class of 1991. That same year she married Billy Traxler and together they raised two sons, Jacob and Brayden.

While raising her boys, Angela also babysat her niece and cousin for four years. In 1995, she went to work for the State of Oklahoma and worked for the Drug Enforcement Administration. She worked for the State 10 years until her health began to fail. For the past 14 years, Angela struggled with the disease, Cavernous Angioma.

Throughout her life, Angela loved to entertain friends and family at her home. She loved get togethers for birthdays, holidays, and watching sporting events. Angela grew up attending the Tuttle First Baptist Church and remained a member there. She loved her boys and was so proud to be called a Gigi by her three grandchildren. She will be remembered as a wonderful daughter and sister. She was a terrific mother and Gigi. She was a special aunt, cousin, and she was a dear friend to many.

She was preceded in death by: - Grandparents, Joe and Gladys Sparks and Ray and Betty Turner, - One great niece, Taytum Davis.

She is survived by: - Parents, Pam and Jerry Sparks of Tuttle, Oklahoma, - Two sons, Jacob Traxler and wife, Nicole, of Tuttle, - Brayden Traxler and wife, Sabrie, of Tuttle, - One sister, Stephanie Paul and Greg Cummings of Tuttle, - Three grandchildren, Elaina, Wyatt, Jozie, and one more on the way. - Two nieces, Taylor Davis and husband, Tyler, of Tuttle, and Madison Paul of Tuttle. Also several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, March 22, 2019, at the First Baptist Church in Tuttle. Interment will be at the Fairview Cemetery in Tuttle. Arrangements are by Wilson-Little Funeral Home, 3132 Tri City, Ave, in Newcastle, Oklahoma.
