Rev Alvin McConnell officiated. James Robert Taylor Sr was born October 20, 1933 in Grady County, OK, and died Saturday, January 5, in Oklahoma City. He had lived in Texas as a small boy then moved to Amber, OK, and later to Tuttle. He and Jackie Musick were married September 14, 1957 in Shawnee, OK. Mr Taylor was a shop foreman for PICO Asbestos, and was a farmer most of his life. He had served in the Navy. He was preceded in death by his father, James Bascom Taylor. Survivors include his wife, Jackie, 3 sons, James Robert Taylor Jr of Tuttle, Steven Mark Taylor of Pearland, TX, & Scott Allen Taylor of Tuttle, daughter, Cindy Kay Breedlove of Leavenworth, KS, 2 sisters, Gerry Hardy of Roff, OK, & Donna Hites of Ft Worth, TX, mother, Annie B. Taylor of Chickasha, and 9 grandchildren. Interment was in Fairview cemetery, Tuttle, under direction of Sevier funeral home. |

Jackie Jean Taylor was born October 1, 1936 in Shawnee, Oklahoma and died November 29, 2005 in Oklahoma City. Jackie Jean Taylor was born October 1, 1936 in Shawnee, Oklahoma the daughter of Vernon A. and Ruth A. [Alford] Musick and died November 29, 2005 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jackie graduated from Shawnee High School in 1954. She married James Taylor after high school and they moved to Amber. They moved to Tuttle in 1965. Jackie worked at Western Electric. She left that job to help manage the farm and raise her children. She was preceded in death by: parents; husband: James Taylor, January 5, 1991; one brother: Bill Musick. Survivors include three sons and their wives: James Taylor Jr. and Wendi of Tuttle, Steve Taylor and Sharyl of Pearland, Texas, Scott Taylor and Gina of Tuttle; one daughter and her husband: Cindy Breedlove and Mitch of Lansing, Kansas; two sisters: Pat Ozeretny and husband Jerry of Shawnee, Jenny Ware of Shawnee; one brother: Chuck Musick of Oklahoma City; 13 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. |
