Larry Harris and Rev. Marty Barnes, officiating. Jimmie Lee Robinett was born May 3, 1930 to William L. and Eva Line [Marlow] Robinett in rural Bridge Creek, Oklahoma. He passed away on Saturday, November 19 in Tuttle. Larry Harris and Rev. Marty Barnes officiating. Jimmie Lee Robinett was born May 3, 1930 to William L. and Eva Line (Marlow) Robinett in rural Bridge Creek, Oklahoma. He passed away on Saturday, November 19 in Tuttle. He grew up in the Bridge Creek and Tuttle area and graduated from Bridge Creek High School. He served his country in the U.S.Army for 23 months and 16 days and went to Korea for 15 months. Jimmie met Miss Clydia Juhree Bowman and they were married February 23, 1957 in Oklahoma City, OK. They lived in California for a short time. When they returned to Tuttle, they were engaged in farming and ranching and spent 16 years custom harvesting. He retired from farming in 1995. His interests were baseball, hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers: Oscar, Ted, Virgil, Warren (Doc), and Wes; three sisters: Goldie Tippit, Georgia Reed and Jessie Davison. Jimmie is survived by his wife, Clydia Robinett of the home; a sister: Vergie Conner of Tuttle, OK; three sisters-in-law: Doris Jones of Tuttle, Deloris and Gene McDonald of San Antonio, TX, Janice and Ray Gibson of Tuttle; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, OK under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Tuttle. |
