Verna Estelin "Vertie" [Walker] Pogue
February 14, 1941 ~ August 11, 2004


Funeral services for Verna E. Pogue, age 63 of Tuttle were held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, August 14, 2004 in the Sowers Memorial Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.

Verna E. Pogue was born February 14, 1941 in Huntington, West Virginia. She died Wednesday, August 11, 2004 in Oklahoma City. She was raised in the Chicago, Illinois area and later lived in California for over 12 years. She married Kenneth Pogue on April 19, 1969 in Las Vegas, Nevada and has lived in Tuttle since 1977.

Survivors include: Her Husband: Kenneth Pogue of the home in Tuttle; Triplet Children: 2 sons-Michael Pogue of Oklahoma City and Mark Pogue of Tuttle and 1 daughter: Melissa Wilson of Dallas, Texas.

Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
