Bob was a long time resident of Tuttle and had many friends that he enjoyed having coffee & visiting with. He enjoyed spending time with his kids, grandkids, & great grandkids. Bob was preceded in death by his mother. He is survived by his sons, Douglas Hunt of Elmo, MO, Bobby Hunt Jr of Newcastle, & Cecil Hunt of Ardmore, his daughters, Sheryl Thompson of Clarinda, IA, Kathy Wise of Chickasha, Tina Ross of Moore, & Betty Caldwell of Norman, grandkids, April, Bradley, Jeffery, Lori, Diana, Bobbylee, Joshua, Dallas, Cory, Amber, Kathy, Kimberly, Brian, & Shane, and great grandkids, Jordan, Tylor, & Skylor. Services will be at First Assembly of God church in Tuttle, at 2pm. There will be viewing allowed before the service. Interment will be at Fairview cemetery of Tuttle. |
© Wilson-Little Funeral Home Newcastle, Oklahoma September 1997 Bobby Leon Hunt Jr July 12, 1960 ~ August 14, 2011 Bobby Leon Hunt, Jr., age 51, of Lawton, formerly of Tuttle, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, August 14, 2011, in Newcastle, Oklahoma, following an auto accident. He was born July 12, 1960, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was the second of five children born to Bobby Leon Hunt Sr., and Loretta [Roberts] Hunt. Bobby grew up in Tuttle and during his high school years one of his first jobs was working in the oil field. In the early 1980s, he left the oil field to go to work for Dolese Company in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He worked for Dolese for 16 years before going back into the oil field in 1996. For the past 15 years he had worked for various companies and for the past 1-1/2 years, he had worked as a driller for NOMAC Drilling Company. Bobby grew up working hard and continued that same work ethic throughout his life. He was a wonderful father, son, and brother, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Leon Hunt, Sr. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Loretta and Darrell Dayton, of Lawton, Oklahoma; three sons, Bobby Lee Hunt, of Union City, Oklahoma, Josh Hunt, of San Diego, California, and Dallas Hunt, of Lawton, Oklahoma; a brother, Cecil Hunt and wife, Bryni, of Madill, Oklahoma; three sisters, Kathy Jenne and husband, Bob, of Durant, Oklahoma, Tina Ross-Cruz and husband, Joe, of Midwest City, Oklahoma, and Betty Hunt, of Norman, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Dallas Hunt Jr., and Aubree Hunt; and also several aunts and uncles and many nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Friday, August 19, 2011, at Fairview Cemetery in Tuttle, Oklahoma. Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson-Little Funeral Home, Newcastle, Oklahoma. |

Nathan was born and passed away on June 19, 1984 in St Anthony's hospital, Oklahoma City. He is survived by his parents of Tuttle, a brother, Donny Hunt III of the home, his maternal grandparents, Mr & Mrs Edward Metzger of Tuttle, his paternal grandparents, Donald Hunt Sr of Tuttle & Veldean Cook of Weatherford. Interment was in Fairview cemetery under direction of Sevier funeral home, Tuttle. |
