Tuttle, Oklahoma. Ailen Cub "Eugene" Hood was born October 20, 1949 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and died February 26, 2009 in Snyder, Texas. October 20, 1949 ~ February 26, 2009 Funeral services for Ailen `Cub' Eugene Hood, 59, of McCloud were held Tuesday, March 3, 2008 at the First Assembly of God Church in Tuttle. Ailen `Cub' Eugene Hood was born October 20, 1949 in Oklahoma City, the son of John Allen and Betty Jane [Conner] Hood. He died Feb. 26, 2009 in Snyder, Texas. The world lost an amazing man on Feb. 26. He lived most of his life in Oklahoma traveling to Texas and as far as Florida. Cub's proudest accomplishments were his children and grandchildren. Cub worked as a motorcycle technician and brick mason. He was a member of the Bricklayers Union BAC Local 05 0K. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include two daughters, Regina Hood-Caldwell and Marci Hood, three sons, John Hood, Zachary Heston and David Jordan, grandchildren Taryn, David, Anna, Seth, Bridgett, and River, two sisters, Nancy Clay and husband Roy and Pat Hood, two brothers Larry Hood and wife Ava and Randy Hood. Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery in Tuttle, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. |
