William Clarence Freeze
May 14, 1900 ~ February 12, 1986


Funeral services for William Clarence Freeze, 85, Tuttle, were held Friday, 2/14/1986, in the Newcastle Heights Church od Christ with Phil Sanders officiating and Alma Hall assisting.

He was born 5/14/1900 in Mt View, ARK, and passed away 2/11/1986 in Oklahoma City. He and Lela Haley were married 3/17/1926 in Mt View, Ark. They moved to Tuttle in 1935. Mr Freeze was a member of the Church of Christ and was very active in the Tuttle Senior Citizens program.

He is survived by his wife, Lela, 1 son, Larry of Los Angeles, CA, 5 grandchildren, Linda Pasque, Gayla Hapsas, Pat Freeze, Mike Freeze, & Marla Freeze, and 4 great grandchildren. Interment was in Fairview cemetery under direction of Sevier funeral home, Tuttle. Pallbearers were Leo Gramling, Paul Foster, Gene Judkins, Joe Hollie, Wesley Wilson, and Darrell Richardson.

Lela [Haley] Freeze
February 25, 1907 ~ May 26, 2005


Funeral service for Lela Freeze, 98, of Tuttle, Oklahoma will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at the Sowers Memorial Chapel, Tuttle.

Lela Freeze was born February 25, 1907 in Mountain View, Arkansas and died May 26, 2005 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

Interment will be int he Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Lela [Haley] Freeze
February 25, 1907 ~ May 26, 2005


Funeral services for Lela Freeze, 98, of Tuttle, Oklahoma were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday May 31, 2005 at the Sowers Memorial Chapel, Tuttle.

Lela Freeze was born February 25, 1907 in Mountain View, Arkansas the daughter of William Walker and Isabella (Lynn) Haley and died May 26, 2005 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

She and William Freeze were married March 17, 1925 in Mountain View, Arkansas.

Mrs. Freeze taught school at Norick Chapel Schools in Mountain View before moving to Oklahoma.

They moved to Tuttle in 1935. Mr. Freeze preceded her in death in 1986. She lived in Sallisaw for the last two years.

Mrs. Freeze was a member of the Tuttle Church of Christ from 1938 to 1980. She joined the Newcastle Church of Christ in 1980.

She was also preceded in death by: Parents; two sons: Jackie Gene Freeze and Donald Dean Freeze; seven brothers and sisters.

Survivors include one son: Larry Freeze of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; five grandchildren: Linda Pasquis, Gayla Hapsas, Patrick Freeze, Michael Freeze and Marla Pearlman; eleven great grandchildren: Kimberly Pasquis, Carri Pasquis, Christen Hapsas, Jeffrey Hapsas, Kelly Hapsas, Rachel Freeze, Sarah Freeze, Laura Freeze, Erin Freeze, Ryan Pearlman and Katie Pearlman.

Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
