© Havenbrook Funeral Home Norman, Oklahoma June 2020 Linden Reis Blake September 18, 1957 ~ May 28, 2020 Linden Reis Blake, age 62, of Norman, passed away Friday, May 29, 2020. He was born September 18, 1957, in Norman to Joe M. and Ouida B. Blake. Linden grew up in the Norman/Moore area and graduated from Moore High School in 1975. He lived in the metro Oklahoma City area but mostly Norman for his entire life. A people person, Linden never met a stranger. Throughout his years in school, he excelled in numerous sports, led Student Council, participated in drama club and was active in many church activities. He enjoyed music, sharing his talent as a drummer, and was a lifelong OU Sooner fan, being a member of the 1975 National Champion football team. He was also a proud member of the Choctaw Nation. Linden was proceeded in death by his parents; and grandparents, J. Hubert and Vera Spaulding. He is survived by his brother, Cameron Blake and wife Chris; sister, Dallas Chapman and husband Greg; along with numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. The family would like to thank the Cleveland County Mental Health Department, Thunderbird Clubhouse, and McFarlin United Methodist Church for their love and support.
